Synopsis: Red Riding Hood Noir reimagines the classic fairy tale in a 2 a.m. diner where a weary streetwalker named Flame meets a mysterious man known only as Wolf. Able to glimpse the immediate future, Wolf offers people standing at life’s crossroads one final choice. As Flame confronts her own despair, she discovers that survival is only the beginning. Together they help others—including a lonely grandmother facing death—find hope, forgiveness, and peace.

Today. Diner in a rough part of a large city.

CHARACTERS: 4-5
- Flame: Woman, red hair, street walker.
- Wolf: Man, bearded.
- Granny:* (Betsy) Old woman. Frail. Shabby clothes.
- Woodsman: (Hank) Man, rugged, strong.
- Briar:* Woman, street walker.
* Possible Doubling: Granny and Briar could be doubled with one actor. Granny could wear loose fitting shabby clothes with a straggly gray wig. Once Granny dies, remove the wig and loose clothing, revealing her hooker costume and put on a nice pair of shoes and adjust makeup, bold lipstick and a black eye.
